Galvanizing Methods Engineered for Precision
Zinc flake coating
An excellent choice when a surface requires high durability in extreme conditions without the risk of hydrogen embrittlement, but film thickness is limited (10–20 µm). Ideal for machined surfaces and fasteners.
Thermal spraying
Thermal spraying (spray coating) provides mechanically strong protection for parts whose size or shape precludes traditional dip coating. It creates an excellent bonding surface for demanding multi-layer painting.
Electrogalvanizing
It is at its best when a product requires a clean, shiny appearance and precise functionality, such as free-running threads. The process includes thorough pre-cleaning, electrolytic zinc plating, and blue or yellow passivation.
